I came across your service as I was looking for a flat fee listing service and am very happy to have found one that is not only a flat fee service, but also a full service broker.  Thanks to BonaFide Realty, I feel the listing is much closer to a Realtor listing than the numerous FSBO listings (ie. Realtor sign on yard is more professional).   Staff is not only knowledgeable, but also very helpful.  I wish we had more help with negotiations - maybe a package to deal with negotiations at a lower cost (without settlement costs) would be helpful.  I have purchased the Enhanced listing along with the lockbox, and considering having BonaFide Realty also host an open house for us in the coming weeks.  Thanks for a wonderful experience.
