I heard of your company through a google search. I purchased the basic flat fee mls for $299. The product has worked very well so far. I have my house under contract. The staff was excellent and responded to my inquiries very quickly. I was very pleased with the staff who was very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this product for someone who can't afford a full service real estate broker to assist them in selling their home.

I purchased the enhanced flat-fee MLS (including Realtor.com) after finding your website through a Yahoo search for "flat-fee MLS". My contact was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful in setting up the MLS listing. I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered to my satisfaction. Not only would I'd use your service again, I would recommend it to those retired neighbors of mine who are available to show their own home and who, like me, are comfortable negotiating with a buyer. I came across your service as I was looking for a flat fee listing service and am very happy to have found one that is not only a flat fee service, but also a full service broker. Thanks to BonaRide Realty, I feel the listing is much closer to a Realtor listing than the numerous FSBO listings (ie. Realtor sign on yard is more professional). Staff is not only knowledgeable, but also very helpful. I wish we had more help with negotiations - maybe a package to deal with negotiations at a lower cost (without settlement costs) would be helpful. I have purchased the Enhanced listing along with the lockbox and considering having BonaFide Realty also host an open house for us in the coming weeks. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
